摘要
仪表专业的设计工作与装置的本质安全密切相关,必须把本质安全设计理念贯穿于工程设计的全过程。结合工程中的经验实例,讨论了仪表专业在设计中需要重点注意的与本质安全设计有关的问题。着重对基础设计阶段的控制方案设置及仪表选型需注意的问题进行了论述;同时,就详细设计阶段关于控制室设计、仪表安装工程中的材料转换和材料代用、仪表采购过程中的技术确认;如何理解标准规范中与仪表专业有关的安全要求等问题进行了探讨。
The instrument design is closely related to the installation intrinsic safety, and the intrinsic safety design concepts must be taken into consideration during the whole engineering design phase. Combining the experience and practical case in the engineering, the problem related to intrinsic safety design to be highly noted are discussed. The setting for control system program and the problem to be noted for instrument selection in basic design phase are stressed, meanwhile, the control room design, the material conversion and replacement during instrument installation engineering, technical confirmation for instrument purchase in detailed design phase, and how to understanding the safety requirement related to instrument in design codes are discussed.
