摘要
根据Stern线性极化方程论证了线形极极化法测定金属腐蚀速度的适用条件:金属腐蚀速度自然腐蚀电位Ecorr与阴、阳极电极反应平衡电极电位Ee,c、Ee,a应满足条件:Ee,a+Rp,Mln100<Ecorr<Ee,c-Rp,Rln100,极化电位应满足E→Ecorr;给出了线性极化法测定腐蚀速度导致的绝对误差与相对误差表达式;讨论了金属腐蚀电极上耦合电极反应均为单电子电极反应时线性极化方程的应用条件.
It is theoretically proved that it is only under Ee,a+Rp,M ln100〈Ecorr〈Ee,c--Rp,R ln100 and E→Ecorr that linear polarization can be applied to measure the metal corrosion rate.. The absolute and relative error measuring functions are deduced when corrosion rate of metal is measured with linear po- larization. The application of linear polarization equation is discussed when the cathodic and anodic processes of the corrosion metal electrode are both single electron transfer reactions.
