摘要
针对自举式IR2 110集成驱动电路 ,对其常见的几种不同拓扑结构电力电子变换器中的特殊应用进行了研究 ,介绍了自举电容的选择方法 ,总结了几点应用技巧。
The paper mainly studies special application of IR2110 bootstrap integrated drive circuit in some common power electric converters possessing different topological structure,the selection method of bootstrap capactor and usage know how of IR2110 circuit in engineering application are introduced.
