Tang Ting-shu entrepreneurial team of Kaiping Mining Bureau gathered a galaxy of elites in the early period of China＇s coal industry.They had strong sense of innovation,national consciousness,as well as keen insight,sensibility of fresh things and new technology,thus opened up the prosperous times of Kaiping Mining Bureau in China＇s coal industry history.Some members of the team are proficient in foreign affairs,modern business administration and management of mining industry,such as Tang Ting-shu,Ding Shou-chang and Li Zhao-tang;some members are familiar with financing of mining rights and capital operation,such as Xu Run,Tang Ting-zhi and Zheng Guan-ying;some are familiar with mining,doing business and personnel coordination,such as Wu Chi-chang,Zheng Zao-ru and Zhou Fu;While some are familiar with mining process and mining technology,such as Bai Nei-te,Jin Da,Kuang Rong-guang and Wu Yang-zeng.Their thoughts and practices boosted the development of China＇s economy and facilitated early China＇s coal industry to get rid of old bureaucratic and handicraft industrial management mode and step onto the track of modern industrial management.
