对新型双注入结型场效应器件的直流特性进行了较详细的分析 ,得出直流特性的解析表达式 ,证明这种器件由电压控制导电能力 ,具有较大的电流输出、功率输出和输入阻抗 ,是一种兼有双极器件和场效应器件特点的新型电子器件。

The direct current characteristics of a new double injection junction field effect transistor are minutely analyzed and analytic formulas of direct current characteristics are obtained.It is proven that the conduction ability of the device is controlled by voltage and the device has large output current,power and input resistance.It is a new electron device which has characteristics of bipollar device and junction field effect device.
