摘要
在电力系统运行模式综合离线安全分析工作的基础上,研究了电源输出功率变化对系统存在问题的影响,给出了形成最优潮流局部总加约束的方法,使约束值的给定与系统的运行状态相联系,同时可以方便地通过约束值的改变,把系统的经济性与安全性统一起来加以考虑。
Based on the off-line com prehensive security analysis ofthe operating patterns, the effect ofpow er change ofthe pow er resources on the system is discussed. The m ethod for partial total lim it of optim al power flow is given to connect differentlim itvalues w ith variousoperating states. Theproposed m ethod unifiedly considersthesystem econom y and security through changing lim itvalue, so thatthe given lim itvalue is m ore reasonable and effective.
