根据规范编制了《福建省电力需求预测程序》,程序以多种算法建模, 用户可选择回归法、单耗法、弹性系数法、人均电量法等预测最大负荷,根据特征系数预测负荷曲线,其功能先进并在省。
According to the relevant standard, a Program for forecasting the pow er dem and in Fujian province is presented. Various algorithm s are applied for establishing m odels. User can choose m any m ethods such as regression analysis, or by analyzing electricity consum ption of unit production, elasticity coefficient, per capita electric quantity to forecast the m axim um load and load curve in term s of characteristic coefficient. The powerful program can be used for provincial and districtelectric power.
