摘要
本方法使用ICP发射光谱仪测定磷酸和磷铵中的杂质成分,它不仅实现可以多种元素同时测定,又能达到常规化学分析方法无法媲美的较高准确度和精密度,而且大大加快了杂质含量分析的速度。
The method is using ICP emission spectrometer for determination of impurities in phosphoric acid and ammonium phosphate, it not only can realize simultaneous determination of multiple elements, and can reach higher accuracy and precision that the routine chemical analysis method can not be comparable to, but also greatly accelerate the speed of impurity content analysis.
