为保障磷酸氢二铵在物流储存、运输、装卸等环节的产品品质,运用物流质量控制理论与方法[1],试就其品质控制问题进行分析,并提出对各环节相应的控制与对策。为此,认为物流设施及设备只是物流质量控制不可或缺的基础性条件,而提升全员质量管理共识,将管控意志与有效对策履行到物流作业的关键环节,对产品品质控制更为至关重要。

In order to assure the quality of exporting cargo during its storage, transporting, loading/discharging etc. , this article uses logistics quality control theories and methods to analyze the key points of each logistic step. It takes the ammonium dibasic phosphate （DAP） as an example and discusses the logistic facilities and equipment on- ly the indispensable basic conditions for cargo quality control, the improvement of people＇s quality management con- sensus and performing the control will and effective countermeasures to the key steps of logistic operations are more vital to guarantee the cargo quality.
