航空发动机控制软件组态软件的设计与实现

摘要 为了满足航空发动机数控系统控制软件标准化、可靠性以及开发周期等要求,提出了一种基于VC的发动机控制软件组态软件设计方案。重点研究了控制软件组态软件的实现机理,搭建出组态软件的结构框架,实现了发动机控制软件的图形组态设计、在线仿真以及代码生成等功能,并结合数据库技术构建了完善的控制软件算法组件库。最后通过实物在回路仿真试验,验证了由组态设计得到控制软件的可用性与实时性,满足发动机数控系统的各种要求。 To meet the aircraft engine control software standardization, reliability, and development cycles requirements, a design method of configuration software for engine control software based on VC is proposed. The implementation of configuration software is investigated, and the structural framework of configuration software is constructed. The capabilities of graphical configuration design, online simulation and code generation of con- trol software are achieved. Moreover, the algorithms component library of control software by using database technology is established. Finally, through the hardware-in-the-loop simulation, the availability and real-time of control software designed by configuration software is proved, and it satisfies the requirements of engine control system.
