Delayed Gastric Emptying After Operation

本文分析了38例术后胃排空障碍,其中胃大部分切除术15例,胃空肠吻合术4例,胰十二指肠切除术8例,胰腺癌术中放射治疗术4例,肠切除4例及胆总管空肠Roux-y吻合术3例。其发生可能与营养不良、肝功能异常、黄疸及胃内炎性病变有关。持续胃肠减压、静脉及空肠造瘘营养支持是主要治疗方法,无特效药物治疗。本组70%病人(29/38)在1个月内恢复正常。

Delayed gastric emptying was studied in 38 patients after gastrointestinal operation of the group, 15 underwent subtotal gastrectomy, four had gastrojejeunostomy, eight had pancreaticoduodenectomy, four were irradiated for unresectable pancreatic cancer, foure had bowel resection, and three patients submitted to Roux-Y cholangiojejeunostomy. The possible relationship of delayed gastric emptying to poor nutrition disordered liver function, jaundice, and inflammatory changes of the stomach in these patients is assessed. Gastric decompression with total parenteral alimentation or jejeunostomy feeding would seem to be advisable in the treatment of this disorder. Drug therapy is ineffective. In this group. 29 of 38 patients (70%) developed normal gastric emptying within 30 days.
