水产科研院所档案管理现代化探索

Study on modernization of archives management of fisheries scientific research institutes

本文首先从工作内涵等方面阐释了档案管理现代化,然后分析了水产科研院所档案管理存在着管理人员素质不高、资源管理不恰当以及在信息化方面存在着资金投入不足和缺乏数字资源共享平台等方面的问题,最后阐述了实现档案现代化管理应转变观念,完善基础设施,加强档案管理的标准化、数字化、网络化和社会化建设。

Sci -tech archives management is important carrier of organizing scientific research results. It is also the tool for the realization of information delivery technology. This paper firstly explains modernization of archives management from the definition, connotation and work content, and then analyzes the current situa- tion and existing problems of fisheries archives management, finally expounds response measures to realizing archives modern management.
