专家系统在超高压水射流切割机故障诊断中的应用

介绍了一个用于超高压水射流切割机电气故障的专家诊断系统。它与水切割机控制系统通过信号联络线同步运行 ,能够实时、在线地检测和诊断步进电机的驱动电路。并以单片机8031为核心 ,采用产生式规则建立知识库 ,用广度优先搜索法进行向后推理 ,运用并行推理方式提高搜索速度。

In this paper,an expert diagnostic system(EDS)for detecting electrical system faults in a water jet cutting mach is introduced. The expert diagnostic system works in synchronism with the ultra high_pressure control system by the handshaking signal line,which can,in real time and on_line,detect and diagnose the stepper motor drive circuit.The 8031 single_chip computer is the center of the expert diagnostic system in which knowledge base is set up by production rules,backward reasoning is made by the breadth_first search and the searching speed is increased by using the parallel search.
