摘要 对大型风力机叶片开展了三维建模和模态分析。先确定叶片几何参数,再将其翼型平面坐标转换为空间坐标,并通过Proe生成叶片三维几何模型。采用模态提取方法 Block Lanczos法对叶片进行模态分析,得出了叶片的前10阶模态,结果显示叶片的主要振动形式为挥舞和摆振,有较强的抗扭转能力,设计中应加强叶片的弯曲刚度。这为大型风力机叶片的设计和优化提供参考。 For large wind turbines blade,the method of 3D modeling and modal analysis were studied.Firstly,geometry parameters of blade were determined,then the airfoil plane coordinate was transformed into space coordinates,and 3-D models were generated through Proe.Modal extraction method of Block Lanczos was adopted to analyse vibration modal of blade.The first ten modals of blade were obtained and analysed.Results show that the main vibration forms of blade are flap and lead-lag,which possess strong ability to resist torsion.The design should strengthen the bending stiffness of blade.The analysis result can offer references for the design and optimization of large wind turbine blade.
