颚式破碎机破碎板结构参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用模糊随机理论确定了破碎板各齿面的破碎力,利用软件ANSYS对破碎板进行有限元分析,得到了破碎板的应力和变形云图,分析出破碎板的受力分布情况,在此基础上对破碎板结构参数进行了研究和改进,结果表明:增加破碎板凸台个数和中间凸台的宽度对改善破碎板的应力集中有明显的作用,延长了破碎板的使用寿命。 The breaking force of each tooth surface is determined by using fuzzy random theory.Crushing plate is analyzed by ANSYS,and the crushing plate of stress and deformation nephogram are obtained.The force distribution of the crushing plate is studied.The structural parameters of the crushing plate are studied and improved based on above analysis,.The results show that the changes of structural parameters of crushing plate are reasonable.The study provides good practical value for structural design of tooth plate,and has important implication for prolonging the service life of jaw crusher crushing plate.The results show that the stress concentration of crushing plate is clearly improved by increasing the number of crushing plate convex platform and the width of the middle convex platform.The life of crushing plate is thus extended.
