摘要
在分工与制度互动机制中交易费用起着基础作用,实物交易通过物的流通来实现,而非实物交易以实物交易为基础。因此,物流在分工与制度互动机制中起着重要的作用。在物流变迁的各个阶段,需要不同的物流制度环境与之相适应,后发国家可以利用模仿效应和学习效应快速且低成本地建立起自己的物流制度分工体系,但存在着怎样协调物流分工体系以达到制度耦合的问题。
The transaction cost plays a basic role in the interactive mechanism between division of labor and institution. The virtual transaction is based on the commodity transaction which is realized by logistics. Hence logistics has an important position in the interactive mechanism between division of labor and institution. In every phase of logistics＂ transformation, the corresponding institution environment is needed. Under-developing countries can establish their own logistics institutions＂ division-of-labor systems rapidly and at low-cost by imitating and learning effect. However, there still exists a problem of how to coordinate all kinds of logistics intuitions so as to reach their coupling.
