摘要
采用液压缓冲阀是实现良好换档品质的一种有效方法 ,其动态特性影响到换档品质和换档过程中的动力性能。根据所设计的一种液压缓冲阀 ,建立了其动态数学模型并对其动态特性进行了仿真分析和台架试验 ,分析了油液温度。
According to a kind of hydraulic buffering valve designed by the authors this paper established its dynamic mathematical model and carried out simulation analysis and bench test on its dynamic performance.It analyzed the influence on the dynamic characteristics of buffering valve affected by oil temperature,amount of overlapping of feedback oil hole diameter with fuffering valve core.
