荥阳市建设用地集约利用状况分析

Analysis on Intensive Use of Construction Land of Xingyang City

土地集约利用是建设节约型社会的重要内容,随着社会经济的发展,对建设用地的需求量也越来越大。针对荥阳市建设用地利用结构现状,分别从建设用地集约利用约束程度、建设用地集约利用程度、建设用地集约利用趋势3个方面,选取11个评价指标,对荥阳市建设用地集约利用状况进行评价,并分析土地利用现状和建设用地利用中存在的问题,结合荥阳市建设用地集约利用程度,提出了有效提高荥阳市建设用地集约利用水平的建议。

Intensive use of land is important in building economical society.With development of society and economy, demand for construction land is growing.According to the present situation of construction land of Xingyang City, 11 evaluation indices were chosen. In terms of intensive use of restricting degree,degree and tide,the intensive use of construction land of Xingyang City were appraised.Meanwhile,the actual situation and the problems in the present use of construction land were analyzed. Combined with practice, some suggestions were put forward, so as to improve the intensive level of use of construction land in Xingyang City.
