摘要
针对肌电假手抓取物体时感知接近距离的需要,设计了一种假手用微型接近觉传感器。传感器采用红外对管作为接近觉探头,运用红外反射光强原理,小巧的结构使之适用于安装在假手的指尖上。信号处理电路增添了调制解调部分,经滤波、放大后得到稳定的输出信号,该信号的电压随接近距离的变化而变化。实验表明,传感器的抗干扰能力较强,能胜任假手用接近觉感知。
In order to perceive the proximity of grabbing the object,this paper designed a miniature proximity sensor for the prosthetic hand.Applying infrared emitting diode and photodiode as a detector of the sensor,using the principle of infrared light reflection,the developed sensor has a minimal size,very suitable for the myoelectric prosthetic hand.The process of the acquiring of the proximity signal adds the method of modulation-demodulation to the processing circuit.A steady output signal was received,after the signal was filtered and amplified.It changes with the distance of the proximity.The experimental results show that the sensor has strong anti-interference ability.It's highly suitable for the myoelectric prosthetic hand.
