摘要
电站锅炉入炉煤量计算的稳定性和准确性对于机组安全经济运行具有重大影响。文中在提出制粉系统稳定运行工况的基础上,将软测量技术与信息融合技术相结合建立入炉煤量软测量模型,提高入炉煤量计算的可靠性和准确性。通过现场实际运行表明该方法具有准确性高、稳定性好的优点,有效保障了协调控制系统的稳定投入,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Stability and accuracy of the calculating of as-fired coal quantity have great influence on the safe and economic operation of power plant unit.This paper proposed steady running condition of mill pulverizing system.And the soft sensing was combined with information fusion in constructing the soft sensing model of as-fired coal quantity.By this way,the accuracy and stability of the calculation of as-fired coal quantity was increased.The field running results prove that this method has excellent characteristics in terms of accuracy and stability.It has a better promotional and application value.
