摘要
国内传统定位器调校麻烦、功能单一、可扩充性差,需要实现数字化、智能化诊断与无人看守。提出了一种基于蓝牙技术和ARM的手持智能阀门定位器系统。在分析了智能阀门定位器的需要的基础上,设计了系统整体结构。采用CSR公司的蓝牙芯片作为核心,设计出蓝牙通信装置。为了提高系统整体性能,系统核心部件集中器采用高性能PXA322处理器为主处理器;为了实现数据远程传递,采用了GPRS模块。通过研究集中器的工作流程以及蓝牙微网的通信,进行软件设计,给出了软件流程图。应用结果表明该设计方案高效、可靠,性能良好,能弥补现行方案的不足。
The traditional positioner has problems in adjustment,single function and scalability,it need to implement digital,intelligent diagnosis and unattended.This paper proposed a handheld smart valve positioner system based on bluetooth technology and ARM.After analyzing the needs of the smart valve positioner,the overall structure of the system was put forward.Taking bluetooth chip as the core,bluetooth communication devices were designed.In order to improve the performance of the overall system,PXA322 processor was adopted as the primary processor in the core components concentrated center of the system.In order to achieve remote data transmission,GPRS modules were used.This paper presented the design software flow chart.Application results show that the design is efficient,reliable,and provided with good performance,which can offset the deficiencies in existing programs.
