老年患者心肺复苏后的器官功能支持 被引量：3

摘要 随着人口老龄化，老年患者逐渐增多，心跳呼吸骤停的发生率居高不下，而复苏成功率仍然很低，加之老年患者多合并基础疾病和器官功能生理性或病理性减退，老年患者对缺血缺氧、休克的耐受性明显降低。近年来，如何提高老年患者的心肺复苏成功率和改善心肺复苏后器官功能备受关注。
