联合式电解金属锰剥离机设计与应用

摘要 针对电解金属锰生产中电解锰人工剥离工序存在的缺陷,以实现电解金属锰板剥离机械化自动化为目的,研发了一种新型的联合式电解金属锰极板剥离机。详细介绍了该设备各部分工作原理和操作要点,该设备能提高剥离速度和剥离质量,降低工作现场粉尘和噪声、改善工作环境,同时大大减轻工人的体力劳动强度,减少职业病危害造成的企业经济效益损失。 Considering the present defects in pole plate stripping process of electrolytic manganese production, a new-style electrolytic manganese stripping machine is developed in order to realize the Mechanization and au-tomation of pole plate stripping. This device's main parts cover welded frame,including joint stripping mecha-nism,chained conveying mechanism, enclosing & dedusting unit and PLC electric control unit. It can perform hammer stripping and shear stripping of electrolytic manganese by sending the pole plate forward after stripping to collect and processing the dust in the bunker during stripping process. On the basis of procedures of feed con- trol, hammer stripping, shear stripping and discharging, the working principles and operation points are intro-duced in details. The application of this device improves the rate and quality of stripping, decreasing dust and noise at the working field to reduce the labor intensity and the economic loss caused by occupational diseases.
