摘要
目的测定战创伤涂膜剂对常见化脓菌的最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(minimum bactericidal concentration,MBC)。方法以培养基稀释战创伤涂膜剂、氯己定甲硝唑乳膏至不同浓度,分别加入化脓菌标准菌株大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、奇异变形杆菌悬液,菌液浓度为105cfu/ml,培养后观察细菌生长情况,确定两药的MIC和MBC并进行比较。结果战创伤涂膜剂对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、奇异变形杆菌的MIC分别为0.0625μg/ml、2μg/ml、4μg/ml、8μg/ml,MBC分别为0.125μg/ml、4μg/ml、4μg/ml、8μg/ml。氯己定甲硝唑乳膏对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、奇异变形杆菌的MIC分别为1μg/ml、8μg/ml、>32μg/ml、>32μg/ml,MBC分别为2μg/ml、16μg/ml、>32μg/ml、>32μg/ml。两药对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率均达到99%以上。结论战创伤涂膜剂对常见化脓菌有良好的抑菌、杀菌作用。
Objective To test the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of combat trauma Plaster (TMJ) for war on common pyogenic bacteria. Methods TMJ and Metronidazole and Fenbufen Capsules were diluted to different concentrations with medium, then respectively added with the standard strains of pyogenic bacteria Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabilis suspension, and bacilli concentration was 105 efu/ml, bacterial growth was observed after cultivation, and then the MIC and MBC of the two medicines were compared. Results The MIC of TMJ was escherichia coli 0. 0625 μg/ml, staphylococcus aureus 2μg/ml, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 4 μg/ml, Proteus mirabilis 8 μg/ml. The MBC of TMJ was Escherichia coli 0. 125 μg/ml, Staphylococcus aureus 4 μg/ml, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 4μg/ml, Proteus mirabilis 8 μg/ml. The MIC of Metronidazole and Fenbufen Capsules was escherichia coli 1 Ixg/ml, staphylococcus aureus 8 μg/ml, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 〉 32 μg/ml, Proteus mirabilis 〉 32 μg/ml. The MBC of Metronidazole and Fenbufen Capsules was Eseherichia eoli 2 μg/ml, Staphylococcus aureus 16 μg/ml, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 〉 32 μg/ml, Proteus mirabilis 〉 32 μg/ml. Bactericidal coefficient rates of the two medicines for staphylococcus aureus were over 99%. Conclusion TMJ can produce satisfactory bactericidal action on common pyogenic bacteria.
