摘要
调节阀流道为双喉喷管 ,内部呈现复杂的流态分布和变化规律 ,是典型的非定常复杂内流问题。采用PIV等先进流动测量和显示技术 ,对几种典型的调节阀进行三元可视化模型试验并辅之以相应的数值计算 ,更完整地掌握阀门非定常流动的特性和不稳定机理 ,以便从根本上消除或减少阀体内不稳定流动产生的根源 ,提出改进阀门和阀座的优化型线 。
Control valve is a double throat nozzle where the internal fluid flow is unsteady and sophisticated.Accidents caused by control valves happen occasionally.By making three dimensional visible experiments of several typical control valves using PIV technology and corresponding numerical simulation,we can grasp the unsteady flow characteristic and mechanism.The valve stability and thermal efficiency is improved by eliminating and decreasing the unsteady flow so as to modifying valve profiles.
