中西医结合治疗偏头痛临床分析 被引量：11

摘要 偏头痛是一组以反复发作的偏侧或双侧头痛为临床特征的神经、血管功能障碍性疾病.患者临床表现为发作性,多为偏侧、中重度、搏动样头痛,一般持续4～72 h,可伴有恶心、呕吐,多见于女性.严重者常给患者的生活和工作带来明显影响,造成患者工作效率降低和生活质量下降.单纯西医药治疗效果不理想.2009年6月至2011年6月我院采用决明芍药汤联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛68例,效果满意,报道如下.
