The Need to Improve Literary Accomplishments of College Teachers

文学修养是当代高校教师重要的素质之一。本文阐述了高校教师应该提高文学修养的必要性,一方面是教学需要教师提高文学修养,一方面是科研需要教师提高文学修养,最后是教师好的心态也需要提高文学修养。

Literary accomplishment is one of the critical qualities in modern higher education. The thesis discusses the necessity of improving literary accomplishment. First, teaching needs to improve literary accomplishment of college teacher and second, scientif- ic research needs to improve literary accomplishment of college teacher, at last, a good state of mind needs to improve literary accom- plishment.
