紫外吸收法测量SO_2浓度的电路设计 被引量:2

The electronic circuit design for measuring SO_2 concentration by ultraviolet adsorption spectrometry

摘要 利用气体对光吸收的原理,建立了双光路测量SO_2的数学模型以及测量系统框图,讨论了关键参数的选择,给出一组(0-9999)ppm(10-6)范围内,实际在线测量标准误差小于±50ppm的数据。 This paper,based on the adsorption principle of the gas to the light,establised the mathematical model of the double optical paths measurement and the frame of the measurement system,discussed the selection of the key parameters and gave a group of data on the range of 0~9999ppm(10^-6),the standard error of online measurment of which is less than ±50ppm.
