颜料分散性对水性塑料凹印油墨性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 油墨颜料分散性一直是高档水性油墨研发中一个至关重要的性能指标,本实验采用合适的颜基比和助剂制备水性塑料凹印油墨基墨,再用与基墨有良好相容性的调稀树脂和助溶剂进行调稀,通过改变油墨研磨时间来改变油墨分散效果,制备出粒径大小及粒径分布不同的油墨样品,从而研究油墨颜料的分散性对水性塑料凹印油墨性能的影响。结果表明:随着油墨颜料分散性变好,即粒径变小、粒径分布变窄,油墨黏度呈现逐渐升高的趋势。此外,油墨颜料分散性较好时,水性油墨在塑料表面的附着力较高,且颜料分散性对油墨印刷样张的光泽度以及高密度区域和低密度区域色密度值也有一定影响。 The dispersion of ink pigment is a critical performance indicator in the development of high - grade water - based ink. In order to get the water - based plastic gravure samples, the primary ink was prepared with proper pigment - resin ratio and additives ; then the primary ink was mixed with good - compatible resin and cosolvent. The dispersion of ink was changed by changing different grinding time. The ink samples with different particle size and particle distribution were obtained. The influence of ink pigment dispersion on the performance of water - based plastic gravure ink was studied. The results showed that the viscosity of the primary ink is decreasing with the ink pigment dispersion promoting, the distribution of particle becoming narrow and the size becoming smaller. When the ink pigment dispersion is promoted, the adherence of ink will decrease. The ink pigment dispersion has a certain influence on the gloss of the proof and the color density of the high density part and the low density part of ink woof.
