摘要
针对具有开放体系结构的数控机床 ,详细分析了结构体系的设计、内部各单元之间的联接以及外部电源系统等方面对数控机床可靠性的影响 ,并从电源的处理、接地与布线、隔离、滤波、屏蔽等硬件以及软件设计提出了一系列抗干扰的措施。
Analyzed the influence in detail for reliability of the architecture designing, the concatenation of every cell inside and electric system outside based on open structure several measures for handling disturbances are proposed which includes power supply designing, grounding, electronic line designing, isolating, filtering, shielding and software designing etc.\;[
