球墨铸铁激光熔覆镍基合金的研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 用DL-HL-TH500型高功率横流CO2激光器,采用同步送粉法在球墨铸铁上激光熔覆镍基合金,结果显示,熔覆层表面质量较好,在熔覆层内裂纹、疏松、气孔等缺陷极少:合金层的显微组织比基体组织明显细化,与基体形成冶金结合,合金层显微硬度高于基体材料。采用该技术对贵重零部件进行激光熔覆修复实践表明,经修复后的零件满足使用要求,达到预期的效果。 Using DL - HL - 31-I500 high power transverse flow CO2 laser and based on synchronous powder feeding, we cladding Ni - based alloy on ductile cast iron. The results show that the surface of the cladding layer is of high quality and has little defects such as cracks gas holes and porosities inside. Microstmcture of the alloying layer is apparently finer than base material and metallurgical bond is created between base material and alloying layer, alloying layer has a higher microhardness than base material. The practice of laser cladding to repaire valuable parts using this technique showed that the repaired parts met the reauirements, the expected effect was achieved.
