摘要
目的:了解三甲医院护士人文素质水平的现状,为提高护士人文素质水平提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的护士人文素质调查问卷对在职护士进行调查。结果:护龄>10年的护士人文素质水平较高:学历为本科及以上组护士人文素质水平高于大专组:正编护士高于非编护士;急诊科和儿科护士在心理素质方面明显高于内科、外科、妇产科护士。结论:护士人文素质水平发展不平衡,建议医院管理者制定针对性措施以提高护士人文素质。
Objective:The aim of this study was to know the nurses' humanistic quality in the first - class hospital, this text is for ease of reference to raise the level of nurses' humanistic quality. Methods:The nurses were investigated by using of the self- designed Questionnaires. Results:The level of humanistic quality of the nm'ses whose seniority〉 10 years was significantly higher; nurses withbacheior degree or above had a higher hmnanistic quality than that with junior college degree; the permanent nurses was much higher than those temporary ones: the psychological quality of the_ emergency nurses and pediatrics nurses was obviously higher than that ot internal medicine, surgeryw gynecology and obstetrics. Gonclusion:'lhe level ot nurses humanistic quality is unbalanced, it is suggested that hospital administrators should make series of tareet- oriented measures to improve the nursesw humanistic quality.
