摘要
通过将染料微胶囊化,合成了染料微胶囊。本实验研究了染料微胶囊的制备工艺条件中芯壁比、相比、乳化剂的用量和搅拌速度对分散染料缓释速率的影响规律。分析了这些工艺条件可能在皮革染色中的影响,根据上述规律制备比较合适的皮革分散染料微胶囊,使其能较好地应用于皮革染色中,更好地实现皮革匀染。
The microcapsules of leather disperse dye was prepared through the method of dyes microencapsulation. The effects of ratio of core to wall, phase ratio, emulsifier dosage and agitation speed on sustained release ability of disperse dye polyamide microcapsules were investigated in this experiment. It showed that the different operational conditions had different effects on the sustained release ability.The leather dispersal dyes microcapsules prepared according to the law can be better used in leather dyeing and achieve leather level dyeing.
