富马酸二甲酯是一种用途广泛且具有广谱、高效抑菌和杀菌作用的化合物。本文总结了富马酸二甲酯的物理、化学性质,以及其在皮革制品中与人体接触安全的影响。介绍了皮革制品中富马酸二甲酯的提取、分离及检测方法。
Dimethyl fumarate（DMF） is a kind of ester compound with wide use and highly antibacterial and bactericidal action. The physical and chemical properties of dimethyl fumarate as well as its im- pact on health were summarized. This paper reviewed the extraction and segregation method of dimethyl fumarate in leather products and the detection method for dimethyl fumarate.
