摘要
在传统机组组合模型的基础上,建立了抽水蓄能机组模型。结合混合整数规划原理,根据抽水蓄能机组的运行特性,建立了其各工作状态的虚拟机模型及工作状态转换模型。利用IEEERTS 96系统对该模型进行测试。测试结果表明,该模型易于与传统机组组合模型结合并能有效解决抽水蓄能机组工作状态转移及出力分配问题。
A pumped-storage unit model is developed based on the conventional unit commitment model. According to the operating characteristics of pumped-storage units, virtual unit models for each operating mode as well as working state transition models are developed based on mixed integer programming principle. The IEEE RTS 96 system is used to test these models. The test results show that the proposed models can be easily combined with conventional unit commitment model, and it is effective to schedule the pumped storage units and deal with the operating mode transition problem.
