基于视频检测技术的智能隧道交通安全监控系统设计 被引量:6

DESIGN SAFETY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR INTELLIGENT TUNNEL TRAFFIC BASED ON VIDEO DETECTION PROCESSING

摘要 隧道实时交通安全监控系统是确保隧道安全运营的重要手段。针对隧道环境的特殊性,提出基于差异深度积累的目标检测算法和基于卡尔曼滤波的目标跟踪算法,实现了多运动目标的检测与跟踪,并综合运用图像处理、计算机视觉、模式识别和软件工程等技术设计了基于视频检测技术的智能隧道交通安全监控系统。该系统能准确地检测出各种交通运行参数和交通事件,为隧道交通安全提供了有力保障。 Real-time tunnel traffic safety monitoring system is an important means to ensure secure operation of tunnel.Aiming at the particularity of the environment in tunnel,a vehicle detection algorithm based on accumulation of difference depth matrix and a vehicle tracking algorithm based on Kalman filter are proposed,by which the detection and tracking of multiple moving vehicles are achieved.An intelligent tunnel traffic safety monitoring system based on video detection processing is designed in this paper using the techniques of image processing,computer vision,pattern recognition and software engineering,etc.The system can accurately detect various traffic operation parameters and traffic events,and provide strong guarantee for tunnel traffic safety.
