摘要
针对XC50鞋底材料由玻纤增强尼龙和TPU组成的特性,分析了塑件二次注射成型工艺并介绍了模具结构,对塑件出现的问题制定了有效的工艺处理措施。研究结果对大温差、多材料、复杂塑件的二次注射成型工艺与模具设计有较好的参考作用。
