摘要
在对USB接口进行切外形、压筋、多次弯曲等成形工艺分析的基础上,提出了采用多工位级进模成形零件的冲压方案,介绍了零件排样、模具结构及主要零部件的设计。模具现已投入生产,工作稳定,生产的零件质量良好。
Based on analysis on the forming technology of an USB interface, including trim- ruing, rib-pressing and bending, a punching process by a multi-position progressive die was proposed. The layout, the design of die structure and main parts were introduced.
