摘要
分析了圆管堵头成型工艺和模具设计关键点,介绍了模具总体结构。对分型面进行了优化设计,利用斜导柱抽芯机构实现了塑件的侧向分型。通过改变侧浇口的进料位置和采用延迟抽芯机构,使浇注系统先于塑件推出,实现了二者在模内的自动断开。经生产验证,模具结构合理,动作可靠。
Based on analysis of the molding process and key points in design of an injec- tion mould for a circular pipe plug, the mould structure was developed in which the part- ing surface was optimally designed and a mechanism of core-pulling by angle pin was ap- plied to achieve the side parting of the plastic part. By changing the feeding position of side gate and applying delayed core-pulling mechanism, the feeding system can be stripped prior to the plastic part, thus an automatic separation of the two parts is achieved inside the mould.
