分析了摩托车进气歧管的成型工艺,介绍了模具结构与工作过程,采用侧抽芯机构和斜推杆推出机构,实现了侧型芯的抽芯以及塑件的顺利脱模。实践证明:模具结构可靠,塑件符合质量要求。

The molding technique of an intake manifold joint was analyzed and the mould stxuc-ture and working process were presented in which the core-pulling of side cores and demolding of plastic parts are achieved successfully by applying core-pulling mechanism and angle pin eject- ing mechanism.
