摘要
近20 a,国内外已经对20余种花卉进行了遗传连锁图谱构建,部分已开展了QTL定位研究。遗传连锁图谱构建及QTL定位是基因定位与克隆乃至基因组结构与功能研究的基础,高密度的遗传连锁图谱和精细的QTL定位将有利于加快花卉育种研究进程。本文介绍了花卉遗传连锁图谱构建和QTL定位的研究进展,探讨了当前该研究领域中存在的问题,并对今后的发展方向和研究重点提出了建议。
The construction of genetic linkage map for more than 20 flowers species and further research in some flowers for QTL positioning are undertaken in the past 20 years. The construction of genetic linkage map and QTL positioning are the foundations of gene localization, cloning and genomic structure and function research. High density genetic linkage map and precise QTL positioning will facilitate accelerating progress in flower breeding research. In the present paper, we introduced the genetic linkage map construction theory and method, summarized the flower genetic linkage map construction and QTL positioning research progresses, discussed the existing problems in this research field and gave some proposals for its direction of development and emphasis of research in the future.
