摘要
从理论层面剖析了农村土地承包经营权流转价格的产权本质、构成及其实现形式。经分析认为,农地价格是农地的产权价格;土地承包经营权流转价格是土地承包经营权转移在经济上的实现形式,在实践中以现金、实物、股权等方式体现。
The property right nature, structure and its realization forms of the conversion price of rural land contract management right were analyzed from the theoretical level in this paper. To the author's opinion, the rural land value means the property rights of the rural land; the conversion price of rural land contract management right is the economic realization form of land contract management right, which through the cash, objects, shareholding and other ways to reflect in practice.
