The Southeast Asian countries and China have shared close ties in geography and culture in the long course of histori- cal development. The potentiality and space of corporation have been expanded and widened on the both parties along with the establishment of the investment agreement of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area. Both parties have begun to promote the market, ameliorate the environment of investment, and reduce the trade barrier, creating more investment opportunities.
