摘要
采用ANSYSS.4有限元程序分析软件,进行不同加载条件处理,研究了花键承受应力及变形情况,结果表明,碎石机受到的不均匀压力是花键受到较强的扭转变形的原因,造成碎石机工作失常。
By ANSYS finite element analysis program, the thesis researches varied load conditions of the gravel machine in the mine factory,and its disabled reason is analyzed. Them spline stress results show that, stress concentration tropism is related to load condition. For supporting the stronger torsion, the spline is disabled and the gravel machine is lapsed.
