摘要
15m级泥水盾构施工具有高风险、高技术含量、高难度的特点,为了分析和确定相关工程的造价,对长江某重大越江隧道工程施工进行了历时2年的跟踪研究。此文在阐述企业定额调研阶段、准备阶段、测定阶段、分析阶段的工作思路、工作重点及测定方法的基础上,研究的主要内容包括管片预制、盾构主体车架的吊装、掉拆、盾构掘进等10余条企业定额。这些定额可为15m级泥水盾构隧道工程建设合理确定工程估算、概预算、招标控制价、工程决算等提供参考依据。经评审认定此项新技术达到国内领先水平。

In order to analyze and identify the engineering cost, 2 years follow - up study on the Yangtze river major roas tunnel engineering construction. This article expounds the work mentality, emphasis and determination method of quota research stage in enterprise, preparation stage, measurement stage, analysis stage. Research content contains prefabricated segments, the hoisting of shield subject frame etc. more than 10 an enterprise quota. The quotas can provide the reference for determining reasonable project estimate, project budget estimate, bidding price control and engineering final accounts for15 m class shield tunnel construction. The new technology achieved the leading domestic level after the assessment.
