摘要
铁路运输是一个复杂的系统,各种因素都会对其安全运行产生影响。此文以某一运营的高速铁路为研究对象,按照系统分析的步骤和方法,根据运营条件和现状,利用模糊层次分析法对所建立的模型进行分析,并确定3条准则,即确保设备正确运行状态、减少自然环境影响和确保人为操作正确。在此基础上对所提出的4条措施进行定性、定量分析,从而确定可采取措施的优先性,即首先是提高信号设备的可靠性,其次是保证牵引供电系统的安全可靠性。
The railway transportation is a complex system. Various factors can have influence on its safety operation. This article takes a high speed railway as the research object. In term of system analitieal steps and methods and according to operation conditions and the present situation, the established model was analyzed by fuzzy analitic hierarchy process. Three rules were decided which is to ensure equipment running condition and reduce natural right environmental impact and ensure artificial operation right. On the ba- sis of which the proposed four measuresaes were qualitative and quantitative analyzed, so as to determine the priority of taking measures, namely improving signal equipment reliability is the most important thing, the second one is to guarantee the safety and reliability of the traction power supply system.
