摘要
阐述合同管理在企业生产经营中的地位、合同管理的科学理念、合同管理的基本要求、合同管理及流程,对合同管理的准备阶段、签署阶段、履行阶段、履行后管理阶段的工作重点及风险防范进行论述。并对在合同管理过程中因外部环境因素、对方原因、企业自身原因产生的风险,提出降低风险的对策和进一步加强合同管理的措施。
On the basis of describing the position of contract management in enterprise production and management , scientific idea of contract management, the basic requirements of the contract management, contract management and process, the paper discussed the work emphases and risk prevention in the contract management preparation stage, sign stage, performance stage. The measures to reduce the risks and to further strengthen the contract management were presented.
