摘要
投资对照分析为设计管理和决策提供重要依据。目前铁路建设项目投资对照分析主要采用2种方法,一种是按章节对照分析,另一种是按原因性质分块分析,2种分析方法各有其优缺点。此文在阐述投资对照分析的4项基本原则和4种操作原则的基础上,将2种方法相结合,提出一种更为合理的分析方法。该方法通过实例进行对照检验与测试,精度较高,合理有效。
Investment comparative analysis can provide the basis for management of design and decision. Currently, there are two main methods of investment comparative analysis in railway construction projects, namely subsection comparative analysis and reasons classification analysis. Both have its advantages and dis advantages, on the basis of discussing the 4 fundamental principles and 4 operate principles combining these two methods, this article proposes a more reasonable method of analysis.
