摘要
结合马钢重机公司现有装备，通过对引进的SMS—Demag连铸钢包回转台技术消化吸收，从设备结构特点、制造要点切入分析，着重解决大型高精度结构件铆焊、加工、预装三个关键环节的技术难题，提出适宜过程化制造的工艺方案，探索提炼高端设备国产化、本地化制造经验。制造出满足大型化、高精化、集约化、运载能力强及安全系数高的连铸钢包回转台。
The SMS-Demag ladle turret technology is digested and used for the existing equipment in Maanshan Iron ＆ Steel Co, Ltd.. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of ladle turret structure and the main points of manufacturing technology, to focus on solving three key technical problems of rivet welding, processing and shop fabrication of large-sized, high-accuracy structural elements and put forward the technical solution suitable for process manufacturing, and to explore the manufacturing technology localization of high-end equipment in order to manufacture the ladle turret with higher carrying capacity and operation safety for the continuous casting system and meet the needs for the large size, high-quality and intensification.
