摘要
论述了热量测量原理，以及热量表的软、硬件设计方法。建立了温度传感器、流量传感器的数学模型。经过在实验小区两年的试运行，证明其工作可靠，测量精确。
This afticle reportes the heat measurement principle and the design methods of hardware and software of Heat Me- ter. It builds the mathematical models of temperature sensor and liquid sensor After two years operation in test region, Heat Meter has been proven to be reliable in operationand accurate in measurement.
